Shipping policy

All terms found below apply to the purchases made through the Water Is a Gift campaign (“Campaign”) found on https://mybhyve.com/gift-of-water/ and does not apply to purchases made through any other venue or website.

Shipping Cutoff

Most order’s placed before 12PM (Mountain Time) Monday-Friday are prepared and shipped that day via FedEx 2-day shipping.  Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be made available to you once the order has shipped. You should receive a confirmation email with the tracking number shortly after the item has shipped. If you do not receive the tracking information, make sure to check any spam folders/filters in your email client. You can also log into your account to check the status of an order.

Free shipping

Free 2-day shipping is available for a limited time and this offer may be changed or removed at any time at Orbit’s discursion.

Orders placed after 12PM 12/19/19 will be shipped via standard ground shipping and are not guaranteed to arrive before 12/24/19. 2-day shipping will be unavailable after 12PM 12/19/19.

Shipping Changes

Orbit reserves the right to change shipping and delivery method if deemed necessary. We make no guarantee of delivery within specific time frame, even if specific service is selected. For larger orders, a delivery service other than those listed may be required.

International Orders

The Orbit Webstore is only available for orders to the United States at this time. If you are interested in finding a distributor in your country, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy

For purchases made during this campaign, Orbit® will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs, if any) of any item returned in new, unopened condition by January 31, 2020.  Items must first receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).  To initiate the refund process, please contact Orbit store at [email protected], providing your name, order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and will not be refunded unless the return is the result of an error by Orbit.

Order Cancellation

Please note that orders are processed, packaged and shipped very quickly. Once an order has been processed it can no longer be cancelled and will need to go through the returns process after it’s been received. To cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us at .
